How/Why did you get into therapy?
I found myself in a high state of trauma with no one that could help me. When praying the answer I received was, “I need you to be the help you needed for others.” I jumped into grad school and here I am.
What is your favorite thing about your profession?
This profession feels like I’m engaged in the sacred work of helping others. I love watching fellow humans see how important, incredible, capable, and enough they are. The worth of souls is great in the sight of God and watching people discover that for themselves is sacred.

It’s a safe place to have open discussions and learn from people who have differing perspectives but similar values.
What would you say to someone thinking about becoming a member?
DO IT! Community is always helpful. None of us can do this job witout consultations, information, and training. Might as well find all of those in the same place.
