Many individuals and couples reach out when they feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in their relationship or sexual life. You may feel like you keep having the same conversations without change, struggle to bridge differences in desire or expectations, or feel caught between your values and your lived experiences. For many faith-centered clients, there can also be a deep fear of being misunderstood or judged when talking about intimacy, sexuality, or relationship struggles.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want therapy that respects their beliefs while helping them grow in meaningful and sustainable ways. I am familiar with the unique cultural and relational dynamics that can arise within LDS and other faith-informed communities, and I approach therapy with deep respect for your values and personal goals.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and the owner of Revive Relationship Counseling, a group psychotherapy practice focused on relationship counseling and healthy sexuality. My work is grounded in a developmental and differentiation-based framework, helping clients understand how past experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional dynamics shape present relationships.

I provide telehealth services throughout Colorado, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Idaho, as well as in person therapy just outside of Denver!
