Biography
At Dandelion Mental Health Services, we believe healing happens best in a space where you feel truly understood — and for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, that means working with therapists who respect your faith, your values, and the unique pressures that come with LDS life. Whether you're navigating a faith transition, marriage challenges, family conflict, grief, anxiety, or the weight of trying to hold everything together — we see you, and we're here for it.

We are a multi-location private practice with offices in Grapevine, Texas and Louisville, Colorado, serving individuals, couples, families, and children across both communities. Our therapists are licensed professionals who bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every session. We work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, parenting stress, ADHD, and more. We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, marriage therapy, family therapy, and children's play therapy in a warm, judgment-free environment where your beliefs are treated with respect — not challenged.

Our practice has a particular strength in couples and marriage work. We use the Gottman Method — one of the most research-backed approaches to couples therapy available — along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR trauma therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. We know that LDS couples often face pressures that are hard to explain to someone outside the faith — expectations around roles, intimacy, communication, extended family dynamics, and more. Our therapists get it, and we approach those conversations with care and without judgment.

We also understand that life in the LDS community isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you are a returned missionary adjusting to life back home, a parent raising kids in the faith, a spouse trying to reconnect with your partner, or someone quietly wrestling with hard questions — there is a place for you here. We welcome members, those exploring their faith, and those who simply want a therapist who understands the cultural context without making it weird.

We accept most major insurance plans and offer flexible scheduling, in-person sessions, and telehealth therapy for clients across Texas and Colorado. New clients are welcome at both locations.
