I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor. Emotionally Focused Therapy is a research-based treatment for couples seeking a safe emotional connection in their relationship. Over 30 years of research shows that 70-90% of couples who receive this treatment see significant improvement in their relationship. I also have training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and in Lifespan Integration (LI) for treating trauma.
