Biography
Dr. Winn is a physician who practiced for 38 years in Anchorage, Alaska, while certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Currently, in retirement, he continues to be a resource to mental health professionals via consultation in a number of clinical and business areas. Continuing interests include forensics, patient/client assessment, disability/rehabilitation, transcultural issues, practice management and enhancement, and non-traditional styles of practice. Dr. Winn is an experienced and respected speaker on a number of clinical and administrative topics.
