After 15 years in private practice in Michigan, i moved with my husband to Utah and founded Sixteen Stones Center for Growth, providing seminar-retreats to enhance spiritual and emotional resilience in LDS women and their loved ones.
I hold a PhD from the University of Michigan, an MBA from UCLA, and have been a visiting professor at my alma mater, BYU. I am a former president of AMCAP, and have published books with Deseret Book, Cedar Fort, and McGraw Hill on forgiving ourselves, the temple, and creating more meaningful work settings.
I am married to Dave Ulrich and we have three children and six grandchildren.
