I graduated from Brigham Young University in Psychology and received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I've worked at a few community health agencies, LDS Family Services, a private counseling practice, and a college counseling center.

Connecting with God is central to my approach, as it helps to process overwhelming thoughts and emotions. I help identify stuck points, facilitate the understanding of patterns that hold clients back, and create collaborative, practical solutions. I am also trained in processing traumatic memories that impact daily life.

I enjoy meeting with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, pornography addiction, and marital conflict. I meet with telehealth clients living in Utah and Nevada.
