I believe progress happens when you feel understood and supported in a trusting therapeutic relationship. Pain and struggle are part of life—therapy helps you carry them differently and move toward what matters.
I didn’t come to this work from a distance. I have my own history with trauma, family separation/divorce, and finding my way forward from a broken family. Those experiences shaped me—and they’re part of why I feel called to help others heal. I feel called to the work of therapy because of my life experiences as well as abilities and strengths I believe were given to me to support those around me and provide healing for those who are hurting.
In therapy, I focus on building a relationship where you feel understood, then pairing that trust with tools you can actually use. My goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you build the kind of flexibility and clarity that lets you take steps toward the life you want.
