About

I offer a compassionate, faith-informed approach to counseling, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges with clarity and purpose. I specialize in military-service–related trauma, PTSD, and the unique demands of military life—including deployments, shifting family roles, and retirement transitions. I also work with anxiety, depression, and addiction, including pornography and its impact on individuals and families.

As a military spouse and former Key Spouse, I bring both lived experience and clinical insight into the realities of military life and high-stress environments. My background in correctional settings has strengthened my ability to provide steady, non-judgmental care in complex situations.

My work is grounded in gospel-centered principles consistent with Latter-day Saint beliefs, while integrating evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to create a space where clients can draw upon their faith, strengthen their identity, and align their lives with their values and covenants.

As a parent of five adult children, I understand the evolving nature of family life and am passionate about helping individuals and families build stronger, more connected relationships. My style is warm, direct, and encouraging. I believe growth often requires sitting with discomfort and turning toward the deeper work—and I am here to walk alongside you with hope and purpose.
