As a certified Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator, I emphasize the importance of maintaining strong partner connections during the transition to parenthood. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a brief, evidence-based approach that uses guided eye movements and imagery to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and resolve trauma-related triggers.
I welcome clients of all ages and work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, suicidal ideation, parenting challenges, stress management, social difficulties, and family distress. I am trained in teletherapy and offer both in-person and online services.
