Coaching is available online anywhere. For in person at my office located in Meridian and serving Eagle, Boise, Nampa, Star, Caldwell, Mountain Home, Fruitland and the surrounding communities.

No one teaches us how to navigate relationship challenges and experience deeply close relationships. I help couples and family members experience true connection by identifying the roots of their issues, heal from past hurts, and learn how to connect in new and intimate ways. I help you have new experiences with yourself and your partner which is how lasting change happens.

I am certified in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and have advanced training in Sex Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also certified in many trauma therapies including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Trauma-Focused CBT.
