I'm an LCSW and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints specializing in anxiety and life transitions with young adults throughout California. I have a particular heart for the unique experiences of LDS young adults — mission prep and homecoming, faith questions, identity, relationships, school, and everything in between.
