I’m Ray Wagstaff, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Salt Lake City, Utah. My work focuses on helping clients clarify their best hopes for therapy and supporting them as they move toward meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, and I have specific experience working with obsessive-compulsive behaviors.
