How do I join the LDS CAPA Facebook page?
Look up “LDSCAPA Members” on Facebook, or click HERE, and request to join. You will be prompted to respond to a few questions. After current member verification is approved by page admins, you will be accepted.
What can I post on the LDS CAPA Facebook page?

What types of things are not allowed on the Facebook page?

How do I include my profile on the LDS CAPA website?
All Professional or Lifetime members who align with LDS CAPA’s mission and values have the opportunity to be included in the online directory. Click Here to go to your Listings within your account (you will be prompted to log in if you are not already logged in), click “Add Listing”, fill out the form, then submit.
The profiles are manually reviewed before being posted to the site. That process typically takes 2-3 business days. You can contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your profile.
How do I connect with clients through the online directory?
Clients looking for a therapist can visit the LDS CAPA directory, searching by location, specialties, modalities, etc to find what they are looking for. When interested in a therapist, they can contact the individuals with the contact information listed in the profile (options include phone number, therapist’s website, or the contact box through the LDS CAPA website).
What is the purpose of the online directory?
The online directory is often used by clients looking for a counselor in their area. It can also be used by therapists looking to connect with other therapists or in looking for potential referrals. We encourage members to start local chapters in their area to provide other avenues for personal support and networking. The online directory can assist in these endeavors.

How can I be featured on the LDS CAPA website?
We are constantly rotating our featured members and love to provide the opportunity for members to be spotlighted. If you are particularly interested or have recommendations for another therapist to be featured, send us an email!
How do I get my discount on my conference registration?
Sign in and make sure your account is current! When you are signed into your profile, the 20% discount will automatically apply to your conference registration.
How do I access the quarterly training presentations?
Zoom links will be posted on the member-only portion of the website. Members will be sent links to the presentations prior to the meetings.
What do the quarterly training presentations cover?
We gathered information from LDS CAPA members to learn what would be of most interest and are structuring the presentations accordingly. Courses address deep dives on various modalities, business techniques, marketing tactics, etc.
How do I access the LDS CAPA newsletter?
The Networker is sent out quarterly to all current LDS CAPA members. Make sure your membership is active and the email address on your account is current to receive the email!
