Life can feel discouraging and difficult sometimes. As a successful and experienced therapist, I provide a safe space for you to explore and discover your own path for healing and vitality. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, couple relationship struggles, and family issues.

I encourage deep connection through self-compassion and value-based integrity through a multimodal process incorporating theories from attachment focused therapy, EMDR, brief solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and expressive arts therapy.

I provide opportunities for men, women, adolescents over 15 yrs old, couples, and families to reconnect with themselves and each other in respectful and authentic ways. We work together to overcome despair and doubt to uncover hope and rejuvenate joy.
