When pain and fear become unbearable and feelings of uncertainty have surfaced I am consistently amazed at the courage to reach out for help and healing. I focus on helping individuals find empowerment and hope through difficult situations, moving forward to a happier more wholehearted you.

I am an empathic, results-oriented therapist who believes that all people possess the ability to overcome life's obstacles. I specialize in treating betrayal trauma, relational trauma, PTSD, I often with partners of loved ones who are coping with sexual addiction and/or pornography addiction. I incorporate EMDR and parts work to help guide the healing process through grief, trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and life transitions. I work in a collaborative manner to establish goals and develop wholehearted insight to make real-life changes. I offer a non-judgmental space to establish a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship for hope and healing in the future. I look forward to working with you on your journey.
