Hi, I'm Alexis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and owner of a private teletherapy practice serving young adults throughout California.

I specialize in anxiety and life transitions, and I have a particular heart for the unique experiences that come with being a young Latter-day Saint. The young adult years in the Church are full of significant milestones such as preparing for a mission, navigating the adjustment of coming home, figuring out school and career, dating and marriage, and finding your footing in your faith and your life all at once. That's a lot to carry, and it's okay to need support along the way.

I work with young adults who are managing anxiety, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of big changes — whether that's the transition back from a mission, the pressure of choosing the right path, relationship challenges, or simply the weight of trying to live up to high expectations (your own and others'). You don't have to have it all figured out to show up to therapy.

I also hold space for those navigating deeper questions about faith, identity, and belonging. Whether you're wrestling with doubt, going through a faith transition, or holding the tension between your spiritual life and your identity — including your sexual orientation or gender identity — you are welcome here. I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally, and I believe every person deserves compassionate, affirming care, no matter where they are in their journey.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. As a fellow member of the Church, my faith deeply informs how I care for people; with genuine compassion, deep respect for your values and beliefs, and a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are.
