About

You’re trying to keep up with school, family, church, friends, and your own expectations, but inside you feel drained. You worry constantly about getting everything “right,” snap at loved ones, or lie awake thinking about what you didn’t finish. Tasks that used to feel simple now seem overwhelming, and it’s hard to focus, sleep, or feel like yourself. These aren’t personal failures, they’re signs your mind and body are maxed out, and self-help strategies just haven’t been enough.

Together we uncover patterns you can’t see on your own and create strategies that actually fit your life and values. This is the clarity and accountability self-help can’t provide. Many teens, young adults, and LDS members notice perfectionism, anxiety about church or family expectations, executive-function struggles, or stress from school and social pressures. Therapy helps turn that awareness into real, sustainable change.

My approach blends warmth with direct insight. You’ll feel understood while being guided to shift the habits that keep you overwhelmed. We address procrastination, time distortion, identity questions, social pressure, emotional overload, and meaning misalignment. I offer telehealth across Texas in English and Portuguese. A brief message is enough to start.
