About

Therapy for Teens, Adults, Couples, and Families Who Want to Feel More Like Themselves

Do you feel like you’re holding it all together for everyone else but barely keeping yourself afloat? Maybe you’re exhausted from overthinking, anxious about the future, or weighed down by past experiences. You’re not alone—and therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families to create a safe, supportive space with no jargon, just a place to be human, no matter your life choices, where you can make sense of what’s going on, feel heard, and start building the life you want.

I have experience in pediatrics, hospitals, inpatient, and outpatient settings, giving me a deep understanding of how trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions affect people of all ages. I work with clients navigating relationship challenges, co-parenting, divorce, grief, school or career transitions, ADHD, OCD, neurodivergence, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and more. I also support teens with behavioral struggles or thoughts of self-harm. My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and collaborative.

I use CBT, ACT, DBT skills, EFT, IFS, and Trauma-Focused CBT to help you manage anxiety, process past trauma, navigate life changes, and build confidence—without judgment or pressure. Therapy isn’t just about reducing symptoms—it’s about creating lasting change and helping you feel more like yourself.

If you’re ready to start feeling heard, supported, and more in control, reach out today. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
