About

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I provide therapy that is both clinically grounded and personally meaningful. I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Drawing from advanced training in Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care, I tailor each session to support healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that everyone’s story matters. I have experience across inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, group, family, and individual therapy settings. For clients who wish, I offer a spiritually sensitive approach, integrating faith and clinical expertise to support healing in a way that honors your values.

I’m passionate about helping clients:

  • Connect with their inner strengths and resilience

  • Rewrite harmful narratives and patterns

  • Develop practical tools for emotional regulation and personal growth

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges with compassion and expertise.

I practice under the supervision of Matthew Law, LCSW-S.
