About
Hi, I’m Sheri Morris, and I help families find peace in the middle of life’s messiness.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything you can and still coming up short, you’re not alone. I’ve been there as a mom of five, a grandmother, a former teacher, and now as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I know how overwhelming life can feel when everyone is pulling on you and you’re trying to hold it all together.
That’s why I create a calm, compassionate space where you can take a breath, be real, and get the support you need. My clients often tell me they feel seen and understood for the first time in a long while. I use tools like Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and parts work to help individuals, couples, and families heal old wounds and build new patterns.
Whether you're struggling with parenting, anxiety, disconnection, or just trying to figure out how to get through the day, therapy with me is a place to find clarity, comfort, and hope. I meet with clients virtually, so you can show up from the comfort of your own home—no commute, no pressure.
I currently work with clients in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, texas, and South Carolina.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me swimming with my grandkids or writing children’s books. I also love baking chocolate chip cookies!
I’m the author of Little Gator's Morning Dash: Teaching Children Good Morning Habits and Routines; a playful tool that helps families build connection and confidence through simple, stress-free routines.
If you’re looking for someone who brings both professional experience and real-life understanding, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Let’s talk.
