My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral. My therapy style is goal oriented, solutions focused. I am a no-nonsense therapist who works to help my clients find solutions to their problems in the most effective, non-intrusive way possible. I also offer Christian/LDS counseling upon request.

I am only providing PHONE/VIDEO therapy sessions. Phone/video sessions provide the flexibility to access therapy remotely. I have recently moved from Utah to Texas, and I routinely provide phone/video sessions to clients in both states. I am licensed in both Texas and Utah so if you live in either of these states please call me to arrange for a session.

I have 33 years experience providing psychotherapy. My specialty is providing marital therapy in general and also helping couples struggling with pornography addiction. I have an extremely high rate of success helping couples at the brink of divorce to rekindle their love and stay together.

As a military spouse and mother of five adult children, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work, offering steady, compassionate support in difficult seasons.
