Short Description
Therapy isn’t just about talking through problems. It's not just about supporting you while you struggle. It’s about real healing, personal growth, and breaking patterns that keep you stuck. With over 26 years of experience, I help individuals work through eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, depression, sexual addictions, and much more using practical, evidence-based approaches that lead to lasting change. I work with many clients who want therapy that respects their values and beliefs, including those navigating faith-related challenges or striving to live in alignment with their standards.
My approach is collaborative and centered on connection. Lasting change comes from understanding yourself, strengthening your relationships, and learning how to respond differently when things get hard. Whether you’re caught in cycles of shame around food, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or working through addiction, I provide a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University, and over the years I’ve worked with individuals and families across a wide range of challenges. Many of my clients come through LDS Family Services referrals or are looking for a therapist who understands the cultural and spiritual context they’re coming from. My focus is always the same: meet you where you are and help you move toward something better.
Outside of therapy, I value the same things I encourage in my clients. I try to practice balance, growth, and meaningful connection. I grew up in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. I love scuba diving, mountain biking, and creating miniatures for Dungeons & Dragons. I believe change is always possible, and that with the right support, you can build a life that feels grounded, aligned, and fulfilling.
I am licensed in Utah, Virginia, and Idaho.

Short Description
I am a faith-centered counselor who works with individuals and families navigating trauma, life transitions, and the unique challenges of military life. As a military spouse and mother of five adult children, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work, offering steady, compassionate support in difficult seasons.
Grounded in Latter-day Saint principles and trained in EMDR and ACT, I help clients process trauma, strengthen resilience, and align their lives with their values and faith. My approach is warm, direct, and growth-oriented, creating a space where meaningful, lasting change can take place.
