Jonah's House uses Evidenced Based Practices which have been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate the physical discomfort of anxiety and soothe the emotional impact of depression and trauma. We help build communication and coping skills to help individuals and families gain a closer connection to those they care about. We provide telehealth or in person sessions at our office at 136 S Halcyon in Arroyo Grande, California with a California or Texas State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
