I help individual adults transform their lives in a way that allows them to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of increased peace and equanimity. In our work together, we will work on things such as the development of new skills, psychoeducation on how the brain works, increased resiliency for navigating the complexities of life, and trauma recovery work. I will help you recognize, reflect on, and rewire core problematic patterns into new healthier ways of functionality and living.

We are California and Texas State service providers. Our goal is to help individuals and families by improving relationships and overall outlook on life. Many people are struggling with anxiety and depression with increased frequency and intensity, but help is available. Jonah's House uses Evidenced Based Practices which have been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate the physical discomfort of anxiety and soothe the emotional impact of depression and trauma. We help build communication and coping skills to help individuals and families gain a closer connection to those they care about. We provide telehealth or in person sessions at our office at 136 S Halcyon in Arroyo Grande, California with a California or Texas State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
