Counselor Profiles in LDS CAPA

As a licensed professional counselor, I provide individual and family counseling for adolescents and adults.  I have experience addressing a variety of issues, including depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, stress management, anger management, ADHD, autism, and other related challenges.  I use a variety of tools, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, existential therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, communication/assertiveness training, and other methods, depending on the individual client's needs.  My goal is to help every client I work with to achieve their full potential.
