I’m Ray Wagstaff, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Salt Lake City, Utah. My work focuses on helping clients clarify their best hopes for therapy and supporting them as they move toward meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, and I have specific experience working with obsessive-compulsive behaviors.
I know it can feel uncomfortable to open up about your personal experiences with someone new. That’s why I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your challenges at your own pace. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of wholeness and empower you to heal from the pain you may be carrying.
